Moist texture that sinks in without pilling or leaving a coating
I love that this product has no fragrance and does not irritate my eyes. The texture of this AOX Daily Antioxidant Serum with SPF50 is great for daily use. Some other sunscreen products that I have tried are better suited for heavy-duty sports or high humidity. Others that I have tried have a light but filmy texture that peels off when rubbed. This serum texture is lightweight yet dewy enough to prevent dry flaking in cold weather. It feels like a light moisturizer, not like a sunscreen. After applying, I use my usual blotting papers for my T-zone and setting powder before going to work, and I don't have any problems with excess shine during the day. When I want a little sheer coverage, I mix in a drop or two of my too-matte tinted mineral sunscreen. The textures blend well to form a compromise between dewy and matte, and I need to blot/powder very little. My only complaint is that the glass bottle is heavy for travel purposes. I decant some into a tiny travel bottle if I'm going to be away for only a few days.

This product has a creamy application, but is light, not at all heavy, which I like. My dermatologist recommended this to me as a first line for antioxidant properties as well as sunscreen protection. It also provides moisture. 3 in 1, what could be better?

Great daily serum
This is a great way to make sure you're putting on SPF every morning. I've been really diligent on trying to maintain my skin over the past few years–and this product has been perfect to add to my daily regimen. My only gripe with this is that the consistency doesn't quite work the best with the pump–it's a little liquidy, so sometimes it just squirts out and doesn't all land in my hand. Otherwise, I think this serum is great! I've recommended it to all my friends.

My one and only

A staple in my regimen!
I have been using this product for at least 3 years. I have oily skin and this comes out in a liquid form but gets easily absorbed into my skin. I am then able to add all of my powdery foundation on top. Note, this is a serum, AND it has 50 SPF!! I love the high number especially since I work outside during the spring and summer months. I love all of La Roche-Posay's sunscreens too!

I love this serum with SPF 50. I don't like facial sunscreens that are greasy or thick or leave a white tint on your face. I bought this because I know and like the La Roche-Posay products and this one is fantastic. It feels great, and it works like a charm. My teenage son was a day camp counselor in July, and he too doesn't like the way other facial sunscreens feel. I gave him this and after a full day in the sun, he had no sunburn on his face. He used it daily during camp and I had to repurchase one for myself.

I use this faithfully more than once a day and have never experienced a breakout. I have sensitive skin and have found this to be an excellent product for my sunscreen. I don't use it as a moisturizer however and apply moisturizer before using the sunscreen. It's pricey so look for discounts and sales.

Horrible Acne Breakout after 3 Days
Tried this sunscreen + serum 2-in-1 product in an attempt to simplify my morning skincare routine after a family member recommend the La Roche Posay manufacturer to me. Unfortunately, after 3 days of use applying once in the morning and again around noon before stepping out for lunch, my previously clear skin broke out in the worst bout of acne it has experienced in over 5 years. No changes to my other skincare products, diet, exercise, or daily routine changed during this time period. Everywhere the product had touched my face, pimples appeared. Even my dry cheeks, which historically have been spared when my oilier T-zone would break out during my teenage years, sprouted multiple large, angry red zits. The only parts of my face that was not affected were my eyelids and lips where the lotion had not been applied. I will be battling the hyper-pigmentation marks from this pore-clogging product for months to come. Anyone who has experienced acne in the past, beware!
