Great basic cleanser for oily skin. I've been using this to remove makeup with excellent results, but it's too drying now that it's winter, and it began to irritate the skina round my eyes. Great product if you need a break from active cleansers.

I needed a decent cleanser and bought this quickly before reading all the info below. I have dry skin and this is apparently for oily skin! But I have found that many more gentle cleansers still leave makeup and/or dirt (using some toner on a cotton ball after washing still showed stuff)--and this at least cleans very very well. I decided to keep it anyway and use it only once a day at night.

Great overall cleanser
This is a great cleanser for morning or in the evening to remove makeup. The only downside is that it lathers A LOT and can be difficult to rinse off entirely because the more you splash water on your face to rinse it off, the more it bubbles and creates more lather.

I am 40 with combo skin that is very reactive and sensitive. I like this cleanser a lot but haven’t decided if it’s my last attempt in finding the best cleanser that is affordable. It cleanses my skin well without stripping the moisture in my skin as my skin feels refreshed and clean but not dry when I’m ready for the next step, toner. I feel it is very gentle and when I feel I need a deeper clean like if I wore make up or got sweaty/oily, I use a mechanical brush. I use the Clinique. It may not be my last stop because other than a good cleanser it has not reduced my pores or anything it promised but it is way too soon in fairness. Will continue and see what happens.

Great, but drying for my combo skin
This was recommended by to me by my dermatologist. It does a great job removing makeup and cleansing my skin. My forehead is very oily, the rest of my skin is dry. I am also prone to getting eczema spots on my face around my eyes. With use my cheeks and around my mouth get dry and flaky, but my forehead is comfortable, and I dont have any eczema breakouts. It would probably be better suited for someone who is very oily and sensitive skin.
