Not bad... Smells good, and it's affordable...
I'm only recently getting acquainted with hyaluronic acid serums, so this review is not coming from an expert. I have tried samples of other HA products that I like a bit better, but they tend to be on the pricey side. This product is very affordable, but leaves my face feeling a bit sticky and it tends to sit on the surface of the skin instead of being absorbed by it. I have been using this HA brand for about six weeks, and I don't see an improvement in hydration of my skin. This product has a nice fragrance and I like it, but not everyone wants fragrance in facial products. I will probably use the entire bottle with hopes of noticing an improvement in hydration of my skin, but will shop around for alternate brands when the time comes for a replacement.

Best HA I've Used
While I believe many HA products feel the same, something about this one is different. It's made a huge difference in my skin. I find that HA is perfect for giving oily skin moisture which in turn reduces the oil production. I used to wake up oily, now I wake up with hydrated skin and not an oil slick :) This serum also helps tremendously with any stronger actives I use to keep inflammation or irritation at bay.

Good, with some issues
The serum has a good consistency and does the standard hyaluronic acid job of slightly plumping and hydrating the skin. This brand, although of the affordability I need, has two small faults: (1) unnecessary fragrance, and (2) an annoyingly cheap dropper bottle, which makes it difficult to dispense consistently. Otherwise, it's a good product.

52 y/o with mild rosacea. This is a solid product at a reasonable price point. I have tried many brands of skincare. I now us LaRP exclusively. No irritation with their products. It does have a bit of an odor, but I don’t find it unpleasant and it dissipates quickly.

Best Ever Hyaluronic Acid Consistency
Love this Hyaluronic Acid Serum more than any of several brands tried in the past. Its consistency is a smooth-spreading gel (not too watery or too creamy) that can be applied generously and dries to a smooth texture given about ten minutes. I've become addicted to using it after nightly cleansing and before other products and especially when skin feels dry.

This is my favorite hyaluronic acid serum that also calms the skin and makes it super smooth! It *shouldn't* pill up under makeup as long as you let it dry for 15 minutes. Soaks in the skin well. La Roche Posay puts out reliable, effective products at reasonable prices, and I appreciate that!!

I use this serum at night, sometimes alone and sometimes under the night moisturizer. It soaks in pretty fast. It has a slight scent, which is why I gave it 4 stars. However, the scent dissipates quickly. I think that I am seeing some plumping of wrinkles. Overall, this is a nice serum.
