100% Effective, 100% Pretty Much Immediately
started to get a few (2-3) patches of eczema (on hands and on back of 1 thigh; I think cold dry weather triggered it, id never had before) and this immediately reduced it with 1st application, and by maybe the 4th-5th day of applying 2x/day the eczema was gone. it's also absorbs nicely so I now use it daily in place of my other LaRochePosay body moisturiser and no more flare ups of eczema since. this line is really good, I also developed eczema near hairline probably fr an allergy to the hair gloss salon is using, and use LaRochePosay balm for the hairline and it's taken longer than a few applications but it's also gotten rid of the eczema near hair line.

Best eczema lotion
I had a stressful, grief filled year in which my body responded with a severe eczema breakout on both legs. It lasted for a while and wasn't getting consistently better with any other lotions. It would keep coming back as soon as I ran out, except for this brand. It has done wonders in healing my legs and keeping them clear. I keep using the lotion for preventative but also because it's so soothing and moisturizing. I even started using a little on my face for redness before bed. My skin looks great in the morning.

I ordered this product as an alternative to another LaRoche-Posay cream that wasn't specifically for eczema. It's quite thick, but is quickly absorbed into the skin without residual greasiness. I have found it effective for hand eczema and other skin irritation. It's odorless, which is great for sensitive skin.
