This La Roche-Posay Lipikar Eczema Soothing Relief Cream does a good job of calming and soothing the itchiness experienced with eczema. The consistency is medium weight and works well in the warmer months when you want a somewhat thicker cream that is not very rich. I would recommend this cream.

Great for sensitive skin!
My skin is very dry and red during the winter. It burns when I use other moisturizers so I always use this one when it gets chilly out and it provides great moisturize while not burning my skin. It's much thinner consistency than the B5 Baume, which is more like a paste so if you're looking for a lotion consistency, this is a winner!

I began using this cream a few weeks ago on my arms where I have skin irritation. From the first use I found it soothing and a few weeks later it continues to be, such that I seem to no longer have the need to use my OTC cortisone cream. I use the Lipikar cream twice a day, but may experiment with using it only once a day. What a great find it is for me.

Favorite for my dry hands

like most LRP creams, this has a super silky lovely creamy texture. It's super easy to apply on the skin, very moisturizing without a greasy finish. It does help to relieve dry itchiness. I want to love this, but for some reason it tends to break me out, to make matters worse it doesn't play well with some of my other skincare products, I experienced pilling on and off depending on the combination of products I used. I don't think this is a bad product, it's just not for me.
