This moisturizer is super lightweight & perfect for daytime. A few dots cover my whole face & neck. I gently pat & push rather than rub in & this moisturizer applies beautifully using that method. It’s never pilled when I apply it over a serum, layer it with sunscreen or brush on foundation.

Simple, Basic, Effective
I use both types of the La Roche-Posay Toleriane Double Repair Face Moisturizer-- the one with sunscreen in the morning and the other one at night. They are what I call simple and basic -- which is ideal when you are putting makeup on over them (the morning one) or at night when I don't want fragrances. My "mature" skin is dry and I don't want anything aggravating it. AND, it is effective at moisturizing which is the whole point of the product.

Excellent Moisturizer
Toleraine Double Repair Face Moisturizer is an excellent product, especially for damaged skin due to sunburn, severe allergic reactions, skin treatment therapies, etc. In my case, a severe allergic reaction to sulphur medication caused skin damaging rash all over my body, including my face. This moisturizer was soothing and healing. It felt good to apply it to my face; there was no stinging, burning, etc. and it was being applied to skin that was bright red and irritated due to allergic reaction. It goes on smooth and light-weight, and is absorbed by the skin immediately. It is an excellent product.
