Great Leave in but a little Heavy for Fine Hair
I use this about every 3rd time I shampoo. It is a little heavy so I focus from the mids down.

Hair feels and looks great
I used on towel dried hair and left it in per instructions. It was too much for my fine hair. Tried it again using it as a conditioner in the shower (dime sized for shoulder length hair). It worked great. Added a very tiny amount to towel dried hair in one area that is quite damaged. My hair feels soft but not weighed down. Very shiny too.

I've been using the Lanza Trauma Treatment on my hair for several years now and when I do not use it, I find my hair really frizzing up. The Lanza makes the hair behave a little better; still curly, but curly, not frizzy! That's a huge difference. I use it on my wet hair every morning, then brush it through to smooth it out. It doesn't stay smooth, but it curls, like I said, not frizzes.
