I love this balm. I keep it on my nightstand and apply it every night. It smells wonderful and I feel good knowing there's no synthetic fragrance in it. I'm a huge fan of lavender and love products with actual lavender in them. So many things are labeled lavender but the label reads "fragrance" so it can be assumed it's fake. This is the real deal, smells just like the plant I have growing outside!

I have used this as directed, on temples, but also tried just a bit on my wrists and under my nose before going to bed.
