Wasn't expecting much, but a little behind the ears, on the wrists, and maybe under the nostrils...really quite calming and soothing!

Smells great
This is my 1st purchase of this product and I wasn't sure what to expect. The fragrance is wonderful - soothing yet not overpowering. I have used this as directed, on temples, but also tried just a bit on my wrists and under my nose before going to bed. The fragrance was quite soothing and seemed to help my breathing (chronic allergies). A little goes a long way, it may be considered slightly oily by some but If that is the case just use a bit less.

It is calming but
Doesn't seem to make me sleepy. I love the scents that are in this, and do rub some into my temples; however, I am mainly using it now on back of my hands at night for super softness.
