Not the same
The item this is supposed to "replace" (overnight smoothing cream) was so much better. This us not the same and is an inferior product. Bring back the overnight smoothing cream. I hate to leave the brand but this doesn't work.

The scent isn’t my favorite; it doesn’t necessarily have a fragrance but the product does have a distinct smell. Yet to be determined if I purchase again due to price point. I’ve been using the Bio Cream for about 3 weeks. I haven’t noticed tightening or anything yet but on the plus side it hasn’t broke me out or irritated my SO sensitive 70 year old skin. Today I ordered Bio Cream Riche to try in the evenings for a bit more moisture. These products are very expensive so I’m sure hoping it is good on my sensitive skin as the regular Bio Cream.

The Neocutis Firm is different from the Neocutis overnight smoothing cream. The Firm caused a lot of irritation on my skin - rash all over. I was not able to tolerate it after 2 nights. I have no problems with the overnight smoothing cream, and it makes my skin very soft and supple. I'm sad that the smoothing cream has been discontinued. I hope I can still find it somewhere.

So, I really want to give this product 5 stars, but I can’t because it makes me break out in my chin and only my chin. I know the chin area is related to hormones so I’m going to keep trying to use this on my chin. It could be “purging” the area. Otherwise, I love it. The rest of my face loves it as well. As stated in another post, I have sensitive, acne prone, adult skin. I have tried everything under the sun as far as products. Some products are too harsh, some products make my skin more red, some make me break out all over, some make me itch, etc. I love Neocutis… if only it were a little less expensive. .

Nothing special, didn't help with dry skin
My dermatologist recommended this because she likes to use it. But my cheap Eucerin Redness Relief was better for my skin. Maybe the bio cream is good for long term effects, but wasn't helpful short term for me - it didn't do anything for my dry skin. (I have oily skin but use differin and so get dry and flakey too.)
