I was excited to receive this lotion; however I can not wear it without this product piling off.. am I doing something wrong? I was giving a presentation and and had to tell everyone my face was not flaking off. I’ve tried solo, but it immediately starts piling off. I think I need to call customer service. Anyone have this issue?

I love the eye cream from neocutis, but the Bio Serum is a real disappointment. Every time I use it with another product (e.g., retinol, moisturizer, sunscreen), it pills. No matter how long I wait to apply the second product. It does not seem to absorb into the skin. For a $200 product, I expected better.

The product was disappointing. After I put it on my face it was tacky and after about 20 mins, when I touched my face or wanted to add another product, this product began to peel off. Waste of money.

I usually love Neocutis products, but I am terribly disappointed in this one. For me, the primary problem is the small amount of product. I have used very small amounts when applying, and the bottle seems to be empty. I was actually shocked when nothing came our when I pumped several days ago. For the price, there should be a great deal more of the serum. In addition I have not noticed any significant improvement in my skin. I am an enthusiastic LovelySkin customer and I think this is my first disappointment.

I love Neocutis products, I have used the eye cream for 5 years with terrific results. This product is not worth the price, I saw no improvement in my neck area after using the entire bottle. Very disappointed.
