Is this normal?
This balls up when applying makeup. Is this suppose to happen? I find that o can’t use it like others I’ve tried. Maybe it’s just me? I received this as a free full-size gift.

This is a light weight serum. I have dry skin. I recommend Hyalis+ for normal to oily skin.

I love Neocutis eye serums, they are the only cream/serum I use on my eyes .But I would not purchase Hyalis again. It had a sticky feel going on , and my face felt tight all day. It was recommended by a dermatologist whose opinion I respect. So I was excited to use it. But it wasn’t for me. Other people may love it. I just didn’t like the feeling. But I love the brand.

It is a mild product that won’t irritate. It’s soothing and gentle. It does feel a tad sticky and not as hydrating as I would prefer. I replaced it with a different product I’m happier with.
