Love the product hate the new packaging
This is a great product - I have used it every day for several years. However, the new packaging is dreadful - it is no longer possible to see the level of the cream, some product is lost with each use due to faulty dispensing. In addition, the new packaging is larger and more flimsy - the plastic top breaks easily. Difficult to see how they can increase the price.

Good Product with Sunscreen
While I like this product, I prefer the Neocutis Bio-Cream Riche because it is more soothing for my dry, sensitive skin. Unfortunately, the Bio-Cream Riche does not contain sunscreen, and I dont like layering too many products on my skin. My cosmetic surgeon recommends Neocutis products, but I think they are a little expensive.

I have been using this moisturizer for a few years. I love it! I have sensitive skin and I never have issues with this product. I am terrible about using sunscreen so this product is awesome with its SPF 30. I also love this larger bottle since I use it daily it will last longer.

I ordered this product several weeks ago and have been using it for 3+ weeks. I love it! I like the texture and particularly the sunscreen within the day moisturizer cream. Its particularly nice because it does not leave my skin with a white look like some sunscreens do. A measured amount is dispensed that completely covers my face. My skin feels soft and looks very healthy. This product is not oily and I dont use any makeup on top of it. I use only lipstick, a slight swipe of blush, and my sunglasses when I run errands. Im am very, very pleased with this product!!!!!!!!

was skeptical to use at first because of the high price but am glad I took the chance. all the other sunscreens past 15SPF all leave a chalky white film leaving me looking like a ghost in the face. it was very annoying and unattractive. the journee doesnt leave any chalky residue at all. super happy with it. must be because of the slight tint. I put my obagi c rx day exfoliating lotion underneath (has no spf) and then apply the journee over it. I love it ! I will keep using it and just look out for the sales and promotions. well worth it.

I have melasma so sunscreen is an important part of my skin care regimen. I layer sunscreens (at least one being a zinc-based product) and it is difficult to avoid looking like a ghost. I use this product as my top layer because it goes on so smooth, has a slight tint to offset any chalkiness from other products and even out tone, is non greasy and does not irritate my skin. I havent been using it long enough to see any changes to my skin quality, but it is one of my favorite sunscreen products Ive ever used (and Ive used many!). I never used the product in its previous packaging --Ive heard people say that they are actually thinking of switching to another product because they dislike the new packaging so much. It does, as others have said, dispense a blob of dried product each time you use it but that is not a big deal to me.

Wonderful product BAD packaging
I LOVE LovelySkin and will never buy elsewhere again! Now to the product...I think this is one of the best and highest priced products I have tried. I like the way it looks and feels. Like every other product, I will continue to use it until they change the formula or discontinue it all together. Now for the packaging...holy cow! It is unnecessarily big and wasteful. In my opinion, it is an attempt to make you think that you are getting more than you think, thus justifying the high price. The kicker however, is a bit (maybe 1/8 if an inch) of the product dries in the tube EVERYTIME you dispense the product. This makes it unusable and therefore you are paying A LOT for a portion of product that cant be used. Yes, I cap it and the cap does not prevent this. It is a bad design (although smart for Neocutis) causing you to buy more due to waste. I cant imagine that Neocutis is incented in any way to correct this flaw. It is really too bad, because it makes me feel like Neocutis is deliberately deceptive and it makes me wonder what else in the product may not be exactly as they represent...hummm?

Journee is by far the best sunscreen/moisturizer that you can buy. Ive been using this product for nearly 4 years! The new packaging is just terrible. You lose a bit of the product every day because it dries at the tip of the dispenser and the hard glob cant be smoothed into your skin. The cap cracks and breaks easily. The top doesnt stay on in travel and you cant see how much product is left! Very frustrating that they changed perfectly good packaging and went to something with many flaws! I wish someone at Neocutis would champion the movement to revert back to the original packaging.

Purchased this because I really liked their Bio creme riche that I used after fraxel treatment. Thought this would be good because it has 3 purposes. Sunscreen, moisturizer, and PSP treatment all in one. Not sure if it is working. The tint is very light. I still have to use other products. Overall I think it is ok. Not sure I would purchase it again since it is expensive.
