I noticed under my eyes was getting dry and some fine lines because I was used a caffeine serum to help with eye bags. I do this in the evening and only sometimes do the caffeine serum in the am and I have totally noticed a difference with the fine lines under my eyes! It's helped with moisturizing, lightening, and firming. Definitely will buy again when I run out. I've been anxious to find an eye cream that I really like.
