What a Difference a Cream Makes!
I'm a huge Neocutis fan. Have been using their products for years now. But I am extremely pleased with the results of this product! Not only does Lumiere help with puffiness around my eyes, but this new Firm, Illuminating and Tightening Cream does exactly what it says! The skin around my eyes looks better than ever! Wonderful hydrating eye cream!
This eye cream was recommended to me by a physician’s assistant who worked alongside an ophthalmologist surgeon. She had tried several medical grade eye creams by many different brands, and believed this one was the most hydrating and beneficial! I have used a different one for the past several years and love that one as well! However, I feel as though this one is more hydrating, and I now switch off between the two products. I would rate this a 4.5 and not 5 stars mainly due to the packaging, which doesn't show how much is left of the product and it seems to run out quickly unlike the old packaging.
