Love this eye cream except for the packaging
I love this eye cream, it is the perfect consistency and helps with the wrinkles under my eyes. My only complaint is that recently all of my NeoCutis products the silver packaging flakes off in tiny bits and gets stuck to my skin and is very difficult to remove. LovelySkin - please send a message to NeoCutis they need to stop using the silver wrap in their packaging!

Nothing like the original
Neocutis did itself and it's customers a disservice when they discontinued the original formulae. Isn't there an old saying: Don't mess with a good thing? Well, they did, and they ruined it. This formulae is not hydrating. It does firm, I suppose in the sense that my under eye area now looks all puffy and therefore line-less, but there is none of the beautiful gleam that the original had. Girls used to actually ask what I was using for eye cream. I'm going to try the firm riche, but very sad that they pulled the original.

My dermatologist recommended this eye cream around 15 years ago. I have used it religiously ever since, nothing else. I'm now 68, literally no wrinkles around my eyes. Friends, coworkers and family have asked me what I use. I will never switch from this brand. It doesn't seem like it's that moisturizing, but it definitely takes care of wrinkles. If I had known back then what I know now, I would have been applying it everywhere. But at least my eyes look great

Terrible packaging
I have been using Neocutis products for years and love them. However I have reached the point of frustration that I will no longer order as their packaging is a deal breaker. The silver on the bottles breakdown and tiny silver particles get on your skin and it does not remove easily so you must take fingernails and repeatedly try to get off skin. I have talked to company reps and LovelySkin hoping they will pass on my complaint. This has been going on for a long time but the past year it is worst. I am giving them one star until they get rid of the silver coating. Hopefully others feel as strongly as I and complain. PLEASE CHANGE THE DESIGN, JUST GET RID OF SILVER COATING.

Excellent Eyecream
On my search to find the next best thing for my aging skin I sometimes try other eye cream brands, but I always come back to the Neocutis. For my 40-ish eye skin I still have not found anything better. Neocutis eye creams moisturize, reduce dark circles better than any other eye cream I have found, and help to soften fine lines. Plus I love that they contain growth factor which for me at my age is a must. Also I can apply eye makeup over the top and they never pill.
