It's just ok
I am into my second bottle but I didn't notice if it erase the fine lines or crow's feet, it still look the same to me. The reason that I get the second bottle is that it feels good, not dry around the eye area so it moisturizes and it has no fragrance. I still am hopeful that it might diminish some lines as I use it more.

Will not repurchase
Is it moisturizing? Yes. Firming? In my opinion no. Illuminating? Are you kidding? Absolutely not. For the price there are products that do what this says and then some. I personally believe Neocutis is an over rated product. It gets three stars because one of three claims is true.

I went to the mountains and only brought a bunch of sample eye creams and immediately I noticed puffy, tired looking eyes. I thought perhaps it had sometime to do with the elevation. I’ve been using this eye cream for over a month. Upon application, it does produce a youthful and renewed appearance. I am still struggling with some under eye darkness, but it’s definitely better. I tried this after a ton of research and feeling that my previous product, although much less expensive, was not doing a good job. I’m not sure exactly how much time it takes to be effective, but I definitely notice a difference. For reference, this is the year of the big 50 for me.

Super moisturizing
I love this eye cream. It's so good at moisturizing and softening the fine lines around my eyes. I even use a little on the 11's between my eyebrows. I held off buying this for a long time because it's so expensive. I used so many different brands but none of them really did the job. I finally threw in the towel and bought a bottle. I love this eye cream. And pay the absurd price for it. So why the silver paint/color on the packaging is coming off, gets on the inside of the bottle underneath the cap, and then in my eyes is pure disappointment. This should never happen on any product, let alone one for the EYES and the ONE HUNDRED TWENTY DOLLARS I paid for it. Never again.

I had been having problems with undereye bags and eye puffiness and had tried some very reputable companies products (and still use other products that I love from those same companies) for them without much luck. I originally got a sample of this from my aesthetician and could not believe how well it worked just by using the small amount in the sample so I had to purchase the full size. A full pump is not needed to cover the eye area and to me it's worth it's weight in gold. Eyes are well moisturizerized, puffiness is gone and as for the under eye bags they are almost completely gone. I will NEVER go without this product and will be trying some of the other Neocutis products very soon!

I'm always in search of a good eye cream and this one fell just a little short of checking all the boxes for me. I find this cream to be very moisturizing with a smooth application and non-greasy finish. I like the fact that it contains growth factors which I feel has helped with my undereye puffiness, dryness and undereye darkness (especially with my allergies). Since using this product for a few months, every night and sometimes during the day, I haven't really noticed a big difference with the fine lines under my eyes. However, it has helped with keeping my crow's feet areas fairly firm and hydrated.
