I have been using every morning or night (one time a day) for about 2 months and I noticed my undereyes seem smoother, less wrinkles by upper cheek bones and my skin is brighter by the eye area. I have been buying this last couple years. On sale a lot. That's why. It is ok. I'd like to try another higher end one w/out fragrance that will be on sale. I know there's still better out there.
