NOT MY BEST PICK!
This product was irritating to my upper lids- exactly the opposite of what I picked it for! My original creamy NEOCUTIS was so much better, and the pump worked much more reliably!! I am back where I started fro all those dollars ago! Disappointing but that is the cost of beauty!
