Recommended by my derm. In fact she recommended the the Micro line by Neocutis and it is working fine for me. It's hard to tell if this is working as I am on a scheduled Micropen treatment series so once I'm off the treatments I will be able to tell more if it's helping me maintain the investment of my treatments. Currently, it does fell good on my skin, is non-greasy, and is not clogging up my pores.

Good with retinol
This is a good night cream to use with retinol. It's a little oil when it first goes on but absorbs after you massage it in. Doesn't cause breakouts on acne prone skin.

Love the texture of this cream and no fragrance. I’ve only use a few nights but very happy with the way my skin feels in the morning. Gave 4 stars instead of 5 stars due to the price of a moisturizer.

fragrance free moisturizer
Have used Micro Night for at least 3 months. I would have liked it better if one would know when the cream was almost gone.......poor packaging. The moisture level is fine but the cream is heavy and thick. For those looking for a lightweight moisturizer.....take a pass.

Good for my skin
I tend to have extremely reactive skin, but this cream works well on my dry, rosacea prone skin. I cannot tell if it's doing anything special because I use the other Neocutis skin care as well. It seems as good as their other formulas. I just wish they were lighter on the preservatives.
