Poor packaging
This product is fine and when using with the bioserum firm, I did see slight improvement in skin texture. Unfortunately, I am unable to report on long term results because the packaging that makes the lid snap on to the tube broke off, causing much of the product to be wasted. In order to use the remainder of the product, I have to stand the tube on edge. The result is more wastage and probable contamination.

I use this as my second cleanse. I have dry, sensitive skin and it doesn't irritant, but would be too drying if I used it twice a day. I'm rotating it every other day to use it up, but I won't repurchase. I think this is more suitable for oily skin

A bit harsh
I tried this wash only once so far it has an acid like taste and stung my skin when I washed with it. There are not any exfoliating beads in the product like I expected. There must be a chemical ingredient that does the exfoliation of your skin. I did notice a "glow" after use but it felt uncomfortable to me. If you have very sensitive skin I would hesitate to recommend it for daily use. I will give it a try again perhaps using it only twice a week.
