The bottle didn’t work after two weeks of using it.
I believe the bottle was/is defective because it no longer dispenses the serum so I have to went back to buying the brand of serum that I used over the last five years. This has been a very frustrating experience with trying this new brand of serum that has SPF in it. Very very disappointing!

Terrible packaging
I really wanted to love this, but I can feel a slight grainy/gritty texture and I am having issues with the packaging. I contacted customer service and was kindly supplied with a replacement product. However, the replacement is exactly the same - same gritty/grainy texture and issues with the pump system. I ordered another Neocutis product and do not have the same issues with the pump. Will definitely not be ordering again given these issues and the high cost of this product.

Horrible New Formulation
I'm a huge Neocutis fan, but Neocutis ruined a perfectly good product with this new formulation. By adding sunscreen, the product now leaves a ghost white finish on the skin, it feels grainy & dry and it pills horribly when rubbed in. The original formula was so much better, looks like I will need to find a new vitamin C serum.
