Too drying
Are used to use this years ago when I was in my 50s, I am now 79, and it dried my face out and made it break out in a rash. First time I used it. Maybe it’s because my skin is more mature now I do not know. But I was disappointed because it used to clean my face very well, but I would not buy this again due to the breakout, which was very unusual for Obagi products.

Regular cleansing gel
Nothing special... I think soap works better the that gel... smells ok but I don’t feel like it is doing anything to my face..

Too much fragrance
I bought this because I love the Obagi peptide Vit C lotion. I will not be purchasing this cleansing gel again. It has such a strong added fragrance smell to it. Maybe if it was fragrance free.

Not good for breakout prone skin, blackheads
I love obagi, but I strongly dislike this face wash. Theres no AHA or BHA in it to really cleanse the small blackheads around my nose. I have combination skin thats actually quite dry in all areas other than on my nose. Ive had blackheads around my nose for as long as I can remember and when I started using this product, they got worse, despite using it with a clarisonic. So if youre oily at all I wouldnt recommend this.
