Clarifying for skin
I Love using this product morning and night after using the daily cleanser. It leaves the skin feeling clean and has a little of an after smell but it isn’t unpleasant. I’ve been using this for years and I can tell when I haven’t used it consistently because skin doesn’t look as vibrant.

I am so happy I purchased this treatment. I’ve been using much of the obagi Nu-Derm line (which I love). I use this in the morning rather than the other toner. When I upgraded my skin care regimen to Obagi, my concern was even though I don’t have acne per-say I would still experience small breakouts and my pores just seemed clogged and needed something in there that would kill clear them up better. I didn’t want a full acne line, just a little something to help clear my skin better. I have been beyond happy with this. It is doing exactly what I expected, really clearing the crap out of my pores and helping to really clear my skin where it just seemed congested. Initially I had some minor breakouts, which I think was part of the bringing crap to the surface, but haven’t had a pimple or any congestion since the first week or so- which tells me how badly I needed this as even though I didn’t have full blown acne I would still get pimples here and there. It’s slightly drying, but since I moisturize well and have a good regimen with the other obagi products it doesn’t cause a problem. I use in the morning, but not in the evening, which is giving me the results I am looking for. I love the tingle and clean feeling it gives along with the pump.

Only thing that’s worked on my adult acne
This Obagi toner along with the cleanser has been a life saver for me. I’ve had hormonal acne around my chin and mouth and this has helped get it under control after years of trying different products. With wearing a mask, this toner also helps to keep cystic acne under control and I’ve been using it as spot treatment for flare-ups under my mask. I also have used it on my body if I get any acne due to sweat and in two days it’s diminished or gone completely. The obagi brand is a professional product and I’ve been told by an aesthetician that this is quality professional skincare. She noticed I was using something new in how my face responded to other treatments and products when getting a facial. I will continue to use this for my acne long term!

Great for cystic acne!
I have had cystic acne most of my adult life. I'm 31 and have used so many products from high end to low end and this stands out! I was nervous to use it at first as my skin can react to the most random actives but I use this morning and evening in conjunction with a mild retinoid (only in the evening) with absolutely no problems. It cleans my skin but it doesn't strip it. I rarely break out any more so this has become my staple. I hardly ever go out so I don't know how my skin would react in the sun but I would recommend to use a high spf physical sunscreen to be on the safe side.

I wouldn't say I have sensitive skin, but wow this toner is strong. My face was a wreck after using this only a few times and it made my skin even worse than I began with. After application, my eyes stung from the chemicals being anywhere near them, and my face was burning for a few minutes. It did leave a nice cooling sensation afterwards, but it's definitely not worth it. Only use if you have some tough skin.
