Doesn't do what it says
Don't waste your money. Have been using this every morning for a month and nothing. The ball is cold and feels good against the skin but there is no tightening at all. Just put it on before sitting down to write this. I also am not chronically puffy but on the days that i have been this has done nothing for puffiness. Don't waste your money.
