Skin is different for everyone based off of so many factors, and for me? This product was just a bit too stripping. If you want a thorough cleanser that doesn't strip some of the natural hydration our skin carries, I would keep looking! Although, if you're looking for a thorough deep clean type of cleanser - this is a great option.

Obagi Foaming Gel
I love this face cleanser! I have combination skin (somewhat oily Tzone and normal) and this wonderful gel cleanser smells so good (not overpowering) plus it makes my face feel so fresh and clean and not the least bit tight or drying like some gel cleansers have a tendency to do. I ordered it when it was on sale to try and liked it so much I immediately ordered another bottle. This is moderate foaming so very easy to wash off. Drying and Disappointed
I like and have used obagi vitamin c serum for years so I thought that I’d give their cleanser a shot. First off, it’s not “foaming” at all. The fragrance is strong, and my skin is so dry after using this. I haven’t changed any other aspect of my skincare routine, mind you. It also does not effectively remove makeup or debris even after using more than the recommended amount. Wish I would have spent $ elsewhere as this wasn’t a cheap product.

The Obagi Nu-Derm Foaming Gel is my favorite cleanser. It cleans without drying my skin. I have rosacea and aging skin and this cleanser has been the best in using so far. It cleans but it’s gentle. I’ll plan to continue to use for the years to come.
