Wonderful face wash
This is the first time I’ve tried Obagi’s gentle face wash. I use many other Obagi products and love them all. This face wash is another product I am adding to my skin care routine, It cleanses beautifully without drying my face. My skin is sensitive and this face wash is extremely kind to it. Fabulous Cleanser!!
I started the full Obagi regimen from my Dermatologist in February, 4 months ago. Since then, I found most of the Obagi products on Lovelyskin and I have already ordered 2 of the Gentle Cleansers. This is a beautiful soft cleanser that will not irritate your eyes and leaves no soapy residue. My face feels smooth after washing, not stripped. I plan to use this cleanser for the next 20 years. I have finally found my go-to skin care regimen. I am 38 years old and I know if I use this consistently I will have beautiful skin for life!

Good cleanser but not gentle enough for my sensitive skin
The gentle cream cleanser I've used forever was discontinued, so after reading all of the positive reviews of this one I decided to try it. I have rosacea and extremely sensitive and dry skin, and although I think this is a wonderful cleanser, it was too drying for my face. Probably still a great product though!

Better than expected
I normally use a gel cleanser but decided to try this gentle cleanser and I am quite pleased. It can be used on eyes without burning and does a good job removing makeup. It rinses off clean and leaves the face feeling nourished.

I really like this cleanser. It removes makeup and makes my skin feel clean. The only drawback is the smell of the cleanser. I prefer a light fresh scent for my cleanser. This cleanser has an odd smell. Luckily it does not linger.

Go-To Face Wash
My dermatologist recommended Obagi Nu-Derm Gentle Cleanser #1 for me about 4 years ago to combat breakouts and I have used it ever since. I have sensitive skin that can get both oily and dry (so fun!), and this facewash is able to give me that fresh non-oily feeling while not completely drying me out. I use it once a day in the evenings. I highly recommend this facewash if you have sensitive skin and suffer from adult acne.

Gentle!
The only gentle cleanser I have found that does not dry out my skin (especially around my eyes), but also removes the oily feeling I naturally have on my nose, chin and forehead. Like most Obagi products, a little goes a long way, and therefore, the bottle lasts a long time.
