Finally use a toner!
I do not normally use a toner. I have not for 10 plus years but thought I needed a boost in my routine and with summer coming and greasy face on the horizon...let's try a toner. This toner is GREAT. Feels like refreshing water and dries like real water. No sticky, tacky weird film. Does not dry me out or give me red spots and itchy areas. All around A+.
