Not sure there's a difference
Recommended by my cosmetic derms office. not sure it's necessary and haven''t noticed a difference. my cleanser does a good job removing anything. wish they would leave out the dye for coloring.

Works for Me
I have used Obagi products for at least 15 years and absolutely swear by them!! I have always like the Toner and when I found out it had Witch Hazel in it I realized why...my Mom always had beautiful skin, always took care of her skin and she used Witch Hazel after she washed her face every morning. Back in those days I don't think products had names like "Toner" LOL. Anyway, I am recommending the Obagi skin care regiment!

PERFECT Toner!
I decided that it was time for me to implement toner back into my skin care routine after several years of not using any toner. Every toner that I've ever tried has been a disappointment. Either it's dried out my sensitive, rosacea prone skin or contributed to overproduction of oil. My skin is very fussy.
