Best toner I have found for my sensitive, sometimes dry and dehydrated skin. It never dries me out, but keeps my skin very balanced. I apply this with a cotton square and immediately after follow with any serums or moisturizers I am using. I feel like it gives my skin a little burst of refreshment before applying the next step (it does not feel oily only refreshing).

Helps my skin feel fresh in the morning
I like this after the foaming gel cleanser. I don't like the feeling of heavy products on my face during the day and this helps my skin feel light and non-greasy. There may be more affordable options out there so I deducted a point because I don't think this is a truly unique product but if you love obagi products, you will probably find it worth the price.

As a person with sensitive skin - I tend to stay away from products that are ‘for every skin type’ but this one is not only for any skin type because of gentle ingredients but can be used as a gentle cleanser/refresher in between face washing. Truth be told, if I’m exhausted at night - I use this Toner alone!
