I've tried lots of toners and bascially could never tell any difference, never believed that they did a single thing. This toner is different - it's the only toner I've ever found that actually balances your skin's pH, and that's what makes the difference. I use it twice a day on my face and in the mornings on my neck and chest as well. Highly recommend it.

If you are using the OBAGI NU-DERM Foaming Gel, the toner must be used too. It helps to remove the impurities that may be missed when washing. It also leaves your skin with a cool refreshed feeling. Excellent product and I highly recommend it.
