Different color
I’ve been using this serum for years and I know the color can range from clear to light yellow. I’ve always had almost clear serum until my last bottle purchased. I was surprised to see the color which was very yellow. I just hope it was as potent as before. Not sure I will purchase again.

I have used the Obagi products for probably 15 years or longer. About 8-10 years ago I started using the C Serum. I started out using the 15% but increased it to the 20% - I love it! I constantly get compliments on my skin and I will be 70 in a few days.

Changed my skin
My skin texture has greatly improved with consistent use. Everything evened out and any redness/dryness has dissipated. Seems to keep the moisture level balanced and skin even toned. My skin drinks it in and never feels greasy at all. It is expensive, but you don't need much. I can make my bottle last almost 6 months now that my skin has improved. It may go a little faster in the winter months as I tend to need more to keep my skin from losing moisture in the harsh dry air, but if you can bite the bullet on the price, I'd say it's worth it.

There’s no harsh smell, it’s thin and goes on smoothly, and doesn’t interact poorly with moisturizers and make-up. While it’s still too early to tell results, I will keep using and reassess in a month or two

Obagi C serum 20%
It’s been 2 weeks that I am using the Obagi C serum 20%. So far I like it. I do see that my skin is changing slightly. I think it is too early to see the full result. Even though I have dry skin but still I don’t see any problem with this serum. I think the 20% is more for oilier skin, but I wanted to use something stronger which is why I decided to get the 20%. I have used the Obagi products before and I loved them so I am sure this one is going to work very well too, so I will buy it again next time but maybe a 15% one
