I have used this Professional C-Serum 20% for years! It is the first thing I put on my face every morning after cleansing/exfoliating. I would not ever go a day without it. My dark spots are gone. My skin looks much much younger than it actually is, I must credit this Serum and the other Obagi products that I use for the compliments I get.

The one serum I cant live without
If I need to pack light for traveling this serum, moisturizer and SPF are the 3 things I cant leave behind. I've just started to used a few of other Obagi product, all show good result, however I've been using this for the past 8 years. I start from 10% and gradually increase the strength. It helps me lighten acne scar really quick and even out my skin tone. Before I use this, I used lots of concealer to cover all my marks. 6 months after I start using it, I can see significant changes. I look brighter and less visible acne scar. Always recommend this to my friends.

Too strong my skin..
Even though I do think this serum is great for your skin, 20% is too strong for me to use unfortunately. EVERY TIME I use this on my skin for a couple days, my face gets red and dry. I concluded this serum causes it. I have used 15% as well and that one worked good for me. Vitamin C is essential for skin to prevent aging.
