I have been using the Professional C serums on my face for a year and a half--working my way from the milder ones to the 20%. My skin looks great--really soft and luminous. I now have actually purchased a bottle for my nightstand that I apply to the backs of my hands at bedtime--followed by lotion. My hands are a neglected train wreck, but I think I can see a noticeable difference since starting this a couple of months ago.

My #1 Product for Beautiful Skin!
If I was allowed only two products for my face, I would choose the Obagi Professional C-Serum 20% and the Obagi Sunshield (SPF 50). I cannot say enough amazing things about this C-Serum! I give all credit to this product for my (now) glowing skin and minimal fine lines. Some products are worth paying more for, and this product is worth every cent!

It doesn't burn my skin
For more than a year, eveything I put on burns my skin. The only thing that I can use is organic product which is very light, doesn't work for my pigmentation. I tried this vitamin C serum, 10%, then 15%, and now 20%. So far my skin likes it, for it does not react. I don't know for sure whether it will work for me, for I still don't have that "tingling" feeling. Could it be still too light for me? I will keep trying and see.
