The cleanser feels good on the face , it does not dry you out but it does not really exfoliate. I would not buy it again as an exfoliating cleanser

Not my favorite
This gel cleanser only gets three stars from me because I don't care for the scent and the larger size microbeads. Also, the microbeads don't always easily rinse off my face, and I often find stray ones near my hairline. I've been using a different exfoliating product for years with success. I decided to give Obagi a try, because I trust the brand and the price was right. I'm glad I tried Obagi's exfoliating cleanser, but I won't be a repeat customer.

I like using this face wash at night, but the only downside are the beads get EVERYWHERE! I find them in my hair line, eye lashes, my tub, etc. doesn’t stop me from using it though. My face always feels so much cleaner and softer after each use.

Sticky with non dissolvable beads
i regret buying this. I wanted to try a new cleanser with exfoliation and based on the great Reviews I decided to try the obagi wash. The consistency of the wash is awkward as it comes out feeling like a thick overly sticky gel, this mixed with white pumice like beads which do not dissolve leave the bead residue all over my skink or boots of my bathtub. Note to self do not use when taking a bath, only shower. Overall I do not like it and can’t wait to use it up so I can buy something else.

The pellets are so fine that they are a bit hard to get rid of. I need to rinse, rinse, rinse to remove all, and then one or two still show up. Worried about getting them in eyes. Trying to be careful. Product does make skin feel nice.

This is a good gentle cleanser, but I found it not to be exfoliating enough (I love NIA24 Physical Cleansing Scrub for strong exfoliation). I do like that it makes nice creamy suds when you work it into your skin.

A great, gentle exfoliator!
I find that this product leaves my skin smooth, well-cleansed, and refreshed. The scent is pleasant and the beads are gentle. The only reason that I do not give it a higher rating is that this product uses polyethylene microbeads. My hope is that in the future that Obagi will find a substitute for these polluting microbeads.

Too drying for mature skin

I had really high hopes for this cleanser because all the other Obagi products Ive been using for years have been fantastic. The 360 exfoliating cleanser is about equivalent to any exfoliating cleanser you can find at a drugstore. There are very few exfoliating beads so you dont get the polish you would expect Obagi to give you in preparation for applying other products. While my skin felt soft after using it, it simply didnt feel clean or exfoliated.
