First, not sure if it really doing anything on my skin and my already dry skin seems getting drier by making the wrinkles underneath the eyes worse.

I've used retinol before but not the Obagi brand. Somehow this product made an absolute mess of my skin. I eased into it but it still dried my skin terribly and caused some pretty bad acne, which is not normal for me. I used it in combination with the Obagi Vitamin C. I had to stop using it completely and I usually don't have issues with any skincare.

After using another .5 Retinol on my face 3x a week for over a year without problems I tried this higher dose cream several nights in a row and had a terrible experience. My face was red and peeling for days. The dermatologist said it was a topical reaction. Use this with great care if your skin is sensitive.

I though the tube was a press down package, like others look alike products, such as toothpastes, but it ended up being a pump dispenser. I was able to identify that after I broke the recipient.

This is such a low concentration retinoid that I did not notice much of a difference using it. I would suggest seeing an asthetician/dermatologist to get a perscription grade retinoid that will really make a difference.

Great but packaging has come apart
This stuff is good, but the bottom seam of the tube separated, spilling a lot of product on my counter and in my fingers. I will not order this brand again. Now that it can’t be sealed, the product will probably not be as potent. Really disappointed.

I haven't had enough time using this to see effects, but I will say the tube is not user friendly at all! If your hand is just slightly moist or wet you cannot get the pump to work as it is so slippery. I would not buy it again for that reason alone. They need to make a regular tube without that pump on top.
