Too painful

I use needle rollers and have had fraxel - I can tolerate this kind of product. But something wasn’t right regarding the intensity. Even at the shortest depth and lowest speed it felt way too aggressive and damaging to the skin. Without supporting research that their product is safe and effective I won’t continue to use it.
