Easy to use and clean. Ordered numbing cream, so there is zero pain while using it. Started out small sections, mostly under eye bag area. I don’t use it as frequently as I should, but I still can see the difference. The bags and the hollow area under them seems to be tighter. There is a little discomfort and redness for a day, but nothing major. Had a little bleeding when tried closer to nose and between brows, but I have rosacea related broken capillaries, so it wasn’t a surprise. I’ll update this review in a few months when I get more final results.

Still evaluating
The microneedling has documented benefits that I want to achieve but without creating injuries that will scar. I like that I can buy replacement heads and have control over the depth. I can't say yet if there are benefits but at least no negative effects. I did feel that my usual treatments for acne worked faster after the microneedling.
