Could live with or without it
I try a lot of retinol products and this one gets a 50/50 rating. I feel like its good, but it could be way better. The consistency is very spreadable and the light chemical smells really bothers me as I can smell it all night on my skin. As for waking up to refreshed looking skin, that really doesn't happen, either. I am sure it is working but I want more bang for my buck and I don't think this is the retinol for me.

Too harsh for me
I have sensitive skin and this was a little too harsh for me. Even while layering with HA I still had an itchy, scaly, reaction. I’m going back to PCA retinol for sensitive skin.
