I gave PCA Total Strength Serum 4 vs 5 stars because I’m still unsure of the effectiveness of serums. PCA seems to be the best I’ve used thus far. I use this one in conjunction with an oil from a different brand. I think the combination makes my skin look good. I recommend it.
