Loved the cream, but this serum is great too
I begin my moisturizing routine with hydrating drops, follow it with Peter Thomas Roth Peptide 21 Wrinkle Resist Serum, and top it off with a triple lipid moisturizing cream. I am over 70 and find that this simple combination provides remarkable results for my face and throat (I use different creams for my eyes, of course). I had previously used the Peter Thomas Roth Peptide Lift and Firm Moisturizer and began using this serum when that product was discontinued. I highly recommend this peptide serum.

Peptide Serum really plumps fine lines & wrinkles
I am so impressed with this serum. I use it after Vitamin C in the a.m. and because it is a heavy serum, I use it prior to moisturizing, in the p.m It is loaded with great ingredients like Squalane, hylauronic acid and plumping peptides like Acetyl Hexapeptide 2! I love this more than any other peptide serum. I use it on my face primarily. If I add it to my neck routine, I use a roller to help infuse the serum more deeply.

A huge fan!
I love PTR products; and this is another good one. My only minor complaints are it leaves the skin a bit sticky and the bottle is so heavy, I feel it’s overkill for the less than 2 ounces of product lol. All in all, while this is a great peptide, I prefer the PCA Skin peptides. They really sink in the skin and do the job as well or better.

This is one of those products that you immediately feel the difference! I started using PTR products a few years ago, starting with the skin care sampler. Fell in love with those items and when I went to repurchase, saleswoman gave me a sample of the Peptide 21 line. Skin instantly feels smoother upon first application. I accompany with the Peptide 21 lotion and use at night. While I am aging, I feel like my skin is not! Add on the Peptode 21 scrub pads twice a week and alternate with the PTR PM retinol treatment for face and eyes - maybe my skin will look age 21!
