My blonde hair turned purple

I waited a week after my hair was dyed. I looked forward to using this product. I only left it on for 5 minutes. I didn’t use shampoos, just a little conditioner on ends. Well, when I got out of shower I looked into the mirror & it was purple. Had to shampoo it 2 times to get most of purple out. I definitely don’t recommend it.
