Good product
I consider 3 stars a neutral opinion. Not terrible, not great. It did tone somewhat but not as well as Redken which is also sold on this site. It is a little pricey for the amount you get. Made my hair very soft, a little too soft in my personal opinion. But I have wavy hair. If I had straight hair would probably have a differing opinion.
