My hair is so soft when I use this and this this is great for detangling. I feel that it does hydrate well and the smell is just okay, quite minty... The ingredients are excellent. I just wish it wasn't quite so pricey!

Nicely hydrating, wonderful scent
I like the Pureology brand and absolutely love the Hydrate Conditioner's minty scent. It works well to condition my never colored silver wavy/curly hair leaving it bouncy and healthy looking. The only reason I've given it 4 rather than 5 stars is because I need something more hydrating most of the time so will go back to my old stand in hydrating balm after I've used this up. Hair which is younger than mine and/or colored may do very well. I think it has to do with gray hair, which in general needs more hydrating than it would have before it grayed, Right now I'm alternating the Pureology Hydrate conditioner with my old stand-in and that works quite well.
