New formula? doesn't detangle nearly as well as it used to

I used to love Pureology Hydrate Sheer Conditioner but the newest bottle I received just isn't as good as it used to be. I'm wondering if it's a new formula maybe? I have to use. twice as much to condition my hair and although I still get the volume I want with it, it doesn't detangle or condition like it used to.
