Wonderful conditioner
This strength cure conditioner is really excellent. I used to use the hydrate conditioner in the purple bottle (to complement my hydrate shampoo), but I just couldn't tolerate the minty smell. Just not for me. So I changed over to this one and really love it. My hair looks so healthy from the strength cure conditioner. I feel like it has really improved. My blow dry is so soft and silky now with no dryness - just very healthy. Love it.

Good for winter months
Overall, the conditioner is very good at keeping hair soft and manageable. It has a very nice slip and conditions my hair very well. I just need a tiny amount per application or else my hair feels weighted down. I recommend the strength line more for the winter months. And a fragrance free line would be great. Fragrance is so non-essential.

Very little Goes a Long Way
Taking care of my hair is an arduous task. It is chin length. I have very fine hair, with little body. It takes so long to rinse out shampoo (Pureology Hydrate or Pureology Volume) and conditioner. I use a tiny amount of both products... rub the conditioner throughout my hair, and rinse quickly. I end both my shampoo and my rinse with cold water. It takes a long time to rinse my hair. Because of knots and tangles, it takes several minutes to comb out my hair. As a child, I remember my Mom yanking on my hair to get rid of knots. My hair is flat the next day. I always rewash my bangs on day two. The conditioner does make my hair shiny, and soft.

Perfect Conditioner for Color Treated-Damaged Hair!
This conditioner continues to provide consistent conditioning effects since the first day I used it several years ago. I use it faithfully in conjunction with the same Pureology shampoo. I don't see a reason to ever use any other conditioner unless they were to suddenly stop making Pureology Strength Cure Conditioner.

One of the best
I have been using this conditioner off and on for a decade. I have very fine, yet high density hair that I have highlighted professionally, and that is the perfect recipe for tangles and breakage. This conditioner is a game changer. I always have a bottle of this (and Pureology Hydrate) on hand because they seem to be the perfect formulas for my hair needs. I may test out other conditioners, but nothing compares to this one. After conditioning, I can actually feel the difference in my hair. It has great slip and tackles tangles better than most (if not all) conditioners I've tried. I am also happy to report they have changed the fragrance and it is MUCH better than before! The old scent smelled like bug repellant to me? But I used it anyway--that tells you just how good this conditioner is if I was willing to look past the off-putting scent!
