Sticky
This isn't something I love using because it's sticky and not sure it helps my cuticles. The person who does my manicure says cuticle oil is better than balm. Price was good so I still use this once in a while.

Great for cuticles
This is great for your cuticles but don’t get too much on your hands, makes them a little sticky and then you have to wash it off defeating the purpose.
