Average conditioner, causes buildup

Softens dyed hair, moisturizes, does what a conditioner should do. I wouldn't buy it again. Seems to coat my hair (which is okay) and my scalp (not okay) and makes my head itch, so I feel like I need a clarifying shampoo more often which strips my color, so overall, it's an average to okay conditioner, but I wasn't super impressed for the price tag. There is also a sunburn warning on it; it makes your skin more sensitive to sunlight for some reason. I probably wouldn't have bought it if I had known about that little detail.
