Good for styling, meh for hair health
When I use this conditioner, my hair is easier to style. Somehow this conditioner makes my hair more manageable. But after using this consecutively for 2 weeks, my hair was not as healthy. I switched back to my normal conditioner, and noticed an improvement. I only use this occasionally.

Just okay
I had high hopes for this shampoo & conditioned based off all the reviews. But it was just okay. It left my color-treated hair a bit drier than normal. After several weeks of use, I haven't noticed "wow" results compared to other shampoos I've used the past few years. But my hair does seem a little stronger? I did appreciate the slightly more subtle fragrance -- glad many haircare lines seem to be going that way these days!
