Not as good as it used to be
Redken has really gone downhill in quality in my opinion. Used to be one of my favorite brands. Conditioner really weighed down my hair.

Didn't work for me
My hair is naturally straight mixed with more wavy and wiry grays. This conditioner leaves my hair looking frayed, not revived. The bottle is also poorly designed for such thick conditioner. I had to dilute it with water to coax it out of the bottle. I won't be purchasing again.
